I understand that It's very hard to find the right people to take care of your app. I also that there's a lot of people promise but don't actually deliver. Actions are louder than words so here's a sucess store I've recently accomplished.

With the exact same server, exact same database and exact same data. I was able to deliver 25x better performance with just better coding.

The image shows how request time dropped from around 1.25 seconds to just 0.05 seconds. This made the app more responsive, easier to scale, and better for users overall. A good reminder that small changes in the code can have a big impact.

Startups usually skip writing documentation and automated tests claiming that they need to save time. but rushing to market with faulty software isn't effective. I keep everything documented and tested so you always feel safe.
